Welcomes Culinary Students from Songgok Tourism High School, South Korea

At Le Rendez Vous, we believe that French cuisine is more than exceptional food it is a tradition, an art, and a culture that deserves to be shared with future generations. We were honored to welcome a group of more than 25 culinary students from Songgok Tourism High School in Seoul, South Korea, one of the country’s well-known schools specializing in tourism and culinary education.

As part of their educational visit to Vietnam, the students chose Le Rendez Vous to experience authentic French fine dining and gain a deeper understanding of professional restaurant operations. Beyond enjoying our carefully crafted menu, the highlight of the visit was an interactive discussion with our chef. During this exchange, students explored French culinary techniques, ingredient selection, menu design, kitchen organization, and the philosophy behind creating memorable fine dining experiences.

For our culinary team, this was a meaningful opportunity to share professional knowledge and exchange ideas with the next generation of chefs. We believe that learning through real-world experiences is an essential part of culinary education, and we were delighted to contribute to their international study program. Being selected by an international culinary institution is a proud milestone for Le Rendez Vous. It reflects our ongoing commitment to authenticity, craftsmanship, and hospitality while strengthening our connection with the global culinary community.
